Somatic Movement, Serenity Yoga & Sound Healing

You’re invited to join Ruth Milsten, owner of Reclaim Wellness Therapy, for this gentle and healing class. Hosted by Annapolis Crystals. This workshop will be held at a private home five miles from the shop.

We will focus on calming the nervous system and cleansing our aura (the energetic boundary that surrounds our body) through movement, breath, mantra, essential oils, and sound healing. Absolutely no yoga experience needed.
