Self-Compassion, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing

$10Enjoy an evening centered around the nurturing practice of self-compassion, healing the heart chakra, and the therapeutic benefits of Sound Healing. Experience an immersive class featuring guided meditation, the power of mantras, restorative yoga, and the healing power + soothing effect of sound.
This will be an opportunity to allow yourself to connect with your body and spirit in a holistic manner, nurture relaxation and facilitate emotional release.
*Wear loose-fitting clothes. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a sweatshirt/sweater, and a pillow.
Bring a friend and experience a restorative time together.
About the instructor:
Ruth Milsten, MSW, LCSW-C, RYT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (a holistic, trauma and somatic based therapist in Annapolis). She is a Holistic Health Educator, Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. She has over 24 years of experience working with clients and teaching yoga.
Her practice Young Adult Counseling and Retreats focuses on working in partnership with individuals to help them develop mind/ body/spirit connections.
