FreeGet Fit Where You Sit with the Lakshmi Voelker method. A gentle form of sitting and standing Kripalu Yoga using the support of a chair to stretch and strengthen the entire body. A full practice of asana, breathing, and meditation.
Get Fit Where You Sit will take place at the Severna Park Library in the community meeting room.
This program requires the completion of a Release and Waiver form.
