There really is nothing like moving your body, strengthening your inner and outer being (simultaneously!), and ending the hour with a bit of Zen. Yoga anyone? My favorite is hot yoga. Something about working out while detoxing in a hot climate is a super vibe for me.
Online yoga is a great choice when you can’t get into classes in person, but we are lucky to have many places to get our yogi on nearby. Proven to improve both sleep and energy – yoga provides many
benefits. All you need is yourself and a mat. There are other tools one can use to practice, and most studios offer those for classes. Check out some fave Annapolis-area studios recommended by Annapolis Moms members!
