5. Royal Farms Market Approved for Forest Drive With Fewer Gas Pumps
The Annapolis Planning Commission has conditionally approved a Royal Farms market and gas station at Forest Drive and Tyler Avenue but reduced the proposed fueling operation from ten pumps to six. Plans also include a 5,700-square-foot fresh market, additional retail space, and eight electric vehicle charging stations.
