Yoga in the Greenhouse
Don’t miss Yoga in the Greenhouse! If you’re looking for a unique and rejuvenating way to spend your weekend, Homestead Gardens has got you covered. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful houseplants, you’ll sweat out all your worries and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Your ticket price includes an hour-long gentle flow yoga session, focusing on light, flowing movements while allowing time to expand, hold, and enjoy each pose. The combination of breath and movement will be emphasized so that the students can mindfully flow from posture to posture. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket/towel for extra support (if desired), hydration, and appropriate clothing (greenhouses will be comfortably heated).
