Spring Equinox Yoga Workshop

Welcome the Spring Equinox at Yoga Barn Severna Park, and find balance through a 75-min Flow + Restore yoga class. Led by Gretchen Caso, the class will incorporate essential oils to find grounding, energy, and surrender. Stay after class to learn more about the essential oils used and enjoy samples of fresh juice from RASA Juice Shop.
