Join Ayurvedic practitioners Adelyn Navarro & Brooke Nicole for an evening of conscious connection with the Full Moon and the spirit of Plant Medicine at Yoga Barn Severna Park. With the healing cycles of the Moon in mind, we’ll come together to expand the mind-body connection through a gentle opening yoga flow, followed by a galactic Reiki meditation with Vedic bodywork.
