Get Fit Where You Sit

Get Fit Where You Sit with the Lakshmi Voelker method. This is a gentle form of sitting and standing Kripalu Yoga using support of a chair to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Enjoy a full practice of asana, breathing, and meditation.

Get Fit Where You Sit will take place at the Severna Park Library.

This program requires the completion of a Release and Waiver form.
