🎲 Healing can loo

🎲 Healing can look different for everyone and our community supporter Nerd Adventure Therapy embraces that wholeheartedly.

This neuroaffirming outpatient mental health practice provides individual and group therapy in a gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and socially conscious environment that supports every client, including BIPOC individuals and families.

Their approach blends traditional therapeutic techniques like CBT, ACT, and role play with clients’ nerd and geek interests to create meaningful, personalized connections in therapy. Through individual counseling and interactive group experiences like Dungeons & Dragons role-playing games, clients are able to build confidence, strengthen social and emotional skills, and work toward mental health goals in a fun, supportive space.
