Maryland Fiesta Latina 2024

The Maryland Fiesta Latina is back and will be hosted on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, after a 5-year hiatus! This year’s event coincides with Cinco de Mayo which is quite fitting. The festival is open to people of all cultures to learn about and celebrate Latino heritage and culture.  This will be a family friendly event with live music, cultural demonstrations, ethnic food, local artisans and more!

Experience Latin food and heritage, including great bands, food and drink from the best establishments around. There’s no better place to indulge in tacos, tequila and more! Enjoy some delicious foods from local vendors including La Autetica, Achiote MCK Food Truck, Green Valley Marketplace, Calvert Crabs and Seafood, Tasty Empanadas, BBQ Bueno, Kathy’s Mini Donuts and Tasty Toucan. And don’t forget the refreshments! From 1pm – 6pm you can sample five different tequilas and then wash it down with some Sol Cerveza, Flying Dog Numero Uno Mexican Lager and Miller Light – for those watching their waistline.

There will be a variety of dance demonstrations where you can learn how to do the steps. The schedule of activities includes something for everyone with dancing and music:

2:30pm Dance demonstration by Arte Flamenco – Heritage Stage

3:00pm Cumbia Demonstration – Heritage Stage

5:30pm Swing Combo – Main Stage

7:00pm Festival closes.

Admission includes entrance and parking to the event. This is a family friendly event.

Children under 12 are FREE but will still need a Children’s ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. No pets allowed.
