Hot Honey Vegan Pizza Recipe: A Pizza the Whole Family Will Love

April 23, 2024 by Stacey Coles

Looking for a healthy and fun new dish? Try this savory pizza recipe, even non-vegans are sure to love!

Ingredients*:

  • 1 Clo Clo Delectably Vegan Pizza Crust (comes in a pack of 2)
  • 1- 2 tbs of olive oil
  • 1 Jar of Organic Pizza Sauce
  • 1- 2 bags Vevan Mozza-Shred or Daiya Mozza Shreds (melts more)
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • ½ cup of diced red onion
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 to 2 cups of Light Life Smart Ground Plant-Based Crumbles
  • ½ cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Fresh Gourmet Crispy Beets (Balsamic)
  • Hot honey
  • Seasonings: pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning

* Amounts can be adjusted based on individual preferences.

Directions:

  1. Brown Light Life Smart Ground Plant-Based Crumbles on stove top with about ½ cup of vegetable broth and 1 tablespoon of mixed garlic and season to taste. After the crumbles are crisped to your liking, set them aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 475° F degrees.
  3. Brush your vegan pizza crust lightly with olive oil.
  4. Add about 1-2 cups of pizza sauce to your crust and season with pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Sprinkle your vegan cheese over your crust to cover your sauce.
  6. Add a handful of fresh spinach, diced red onions, pineapple chunks and plant-based crumbles on top of your first layer of cheese.
  7. Cover your toppings with more vegan cheese.
  8. Place your pizza directly on the center oven rack and cook for 10-15 minutes. (Depending on the brand of vegan cheese, the cheese may not look completely melted).
  9. Remove pizza from oven and allow it to cool for 2 minutes.
  10. Top with crispy beets and hot honey.
  11. Slice and enjoy!

Try with a sweet wine or Olipop soda for a sweet and spicy pair!

Putting Children Fir

Putting Children First with Arundel Mediation:

Why Mediation Beats Litigation in Custody Disputes

When parents face a high-conflict custody dispute, it easy to feel like going to court is the only way forward. But having a judge - someone who doesn't know your family - decide your children's future often leads to escalated trauma, longer timelines, and higher costs.

Mediation shifts the focus away from "who is right" toward what is truly best for your children.

Here are a few reasons why mediation is almost always the better choice for co-parents:

Protects Kids from Trauma: Litigation escalates conflict. The longer a dispute drags on, the greater the exposure to Adverse Childhood

Experiences (ACEs) for children.

Saves Time & Financial Resources: Mediation resolves disputes far faster and at a fraction of the cost of a long courtroom battle.

Higher Long-Term Success: Court-imposed orders frequently result in parents returning to court within 6 to 12 months. Mediated agreements give both parents a voice, creating sustainable parenting plans that last.

Ensures Every Voice is Heard: Mediation offers a safe space with clear boundaries, allowing both parties to speak openly without the strict constraints of courtroom evidence rules.

Before letting a courtroom determine your family's dynamic, consider taking a child-centered path that puts your kids first.
