Your weekly dose of some cool food and dining finds around town

Calling all chocoholics! The Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival, hosted by the Inner West Street Association, is this Sunday from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. Snag tickets before they sell out to shop the 40+ chocolate vendors, visit Santa and Elfie, vote for your favorite decorated Gingerbread House, and more.
Keeping with the chocolate theme, stop by Level – A Small Plates Lounge to try their “S’more please!” cocktail featuring El Jimador Tequila, Cold Brew Coffee, Bailey’s Chocolate Liqueur, and Marshmallow Simple Syrup, available only this weekend.
Still need a meal for the weekend? Run to Giant for a “Buy This, Get These Items FREE” meal deal (last day to cash in is Thursday, November 30) to make beef stew. Buy chuck roast beef, baby red potatoes, peeled baby carrots, organic broth, and canned tomatoes for free!
Our favorite local tamale maker, Botanas Fajardo, will be at the 4^th Annual Heroes Holiday Market this Sunday from 8-11am. While you’re at it, grab some fresh, local produce from Diehl’s Produce of Annapolis, pie from Chef Big Money, pickles from Phil’s Dills Gourmet Pickles, seafood from Coastal Cannon Seafood, and hummus from Rooted (there will be a ton more local vendors!). There will also be a raffle benefiting a local nonprofit, The Blue Ribbon Project!

HHH (Happy Hour Highlight)! The Choptank has a new happy hour menu, featuring drinks (the typical beer, wine, and house spirits) AND food – including a Wagyu meatball, wedge salad (one of our faves), and crab- and chili-crusted oysters. Experience this HH, Monday-Friday, from 3:00-6:00 PM at the bar.
