🎵”It’s Friday, Friday, Gotta get down on Friday!”
It’s official—Friday nights in Annapolis just got a whole lot tastier! If you haven’t heard, the Food Truck Nites kicked off this past week and will be rolling in every Friday from 4-8 pm at the Anne Arundel County Farmers Market ( 275 Harry S. Truman Pkwy.), and trust me, you don’t want to miss out.
Picture this: a wide variety of food trucks, each offering a smorgasbord of mouth-watering savory dishes and irresistible sweet treats. Whether you’re in the mood for a gourmet burger, street tacos, decadent donuts, or frozen treats, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Food is obviously a major highlight, but I’d be remiss not to mention the great vibes.
From live music that’ll set the perfect soundtrack for your evening to the classic cars that occasionally roll in, adding a little extra flair to the scene, it’s sure to be a good time.

Want to kick back and relax? You’ve got options. Lay down your picnic blanket on the grassy areas, or grab a seat at one of the picnic tables in the grass or under the pavilion. Feeling a little more homey? Bring your own table and chairs for the ultimate gathering. The weekly event is dog and kid-friendly, so bring the whole crew! You’ll find plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the evening, whether you’re munching on a taco or dancing to the beat of some live tunes.
Be sure to check out their Facebook page for the weekly food truck lineup. Last week, my family and I enjoyed Cluck ‘N Spud, a food truck dedicated to chicken and fries. We enjoyed their Cluck ‘N Spud platter (tendies and fries) and the specialty Loaded Spuds (crispy fries smothered in cheese, topped with bacon, sour cream, and chives).
Quick tip: Be sure to order their specialty sauce on the side – it’s super smokey flavored!
We had to end the evening with a banana split and mint chip cone from Always Ice Cream. Nomzzz!
Good food, good vibes, and a whole lot of fun—Food Truck Nites in Annapolis are here to stay. See you there!
