- Looking for something to do (and eat/drink) on NYE?
- Annapolis Waterfront Hotel is having its “The Last Dance New Year’s Eve Bash” starting at 8:30PM. $140 per person, which includes a full open bar with heavy hors d’oeuvres, food stations, DJ, raffles, and dogs….yes, adoptable dogs because SPCA of Anne Arundel County will be on-site as a benefactor of the party.
- Beacon Waterfront is throwing a NYE Party from 8PM-12:30AM. $75 per person, which includes all beer, house wine, seasonal cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and DJ.
- Pick up a sushi party platter from Joss Café and Sushi Bar and party at home in your jammies. They have tons of party platter options – you can even build your own!
- Tired of baking (and eating) cookies this holiday season? Head to Tai Chi Bubble Tea in Annapolis or Severna Park on Saturdays to try their mochi donuts! Mochi donuts are a fusion of the traditional American doughnut and Japanese mochi, making them both fluffy and chewy! This Saturday, they’ll be featuring fun flavors, such as matcha oreo, lemon blueberry, churro, strawberry milk, and vanilla oreo.
- BOGO alert! Kids 13 and under eat free Tuesdays at The Social in Severna Park – one free kid’s meal per adult meal purchased. Known for their craft cocktails and comfort food, while you’re there, try their Seven Fishes Gumbo (crab, red drum, oysters, mussels, crawfish, shrimp, and lobster).
- Wish popular Belgian bistro in West Annapolis, Flamant, an Annapolitan farewell, as they close their doors this month. If you’re ever in DC, visit Chef Frederik De Pue and his French Bonnet Rotisserie oven at The Henri (they have 2.5 hours parking validation!).
- Before 2023 ends, check another new restaurant off your list by heading to 100 Lots Kitchen in Edgewater, where they serve local scratch-made Americana food and drinks. They’ve collaborated with some of our fav locals, like Always Ice Cream Company to serve an apple dump cake topped with salted caramel ice cream and Cane Collective to serve a Mrs. Claus cocktail.
