The City of Annapolis launched an Electric Leaf Blower Rebate Program with the Chesapeake Bay Trust, offering up to $1,500 for lawn and landscape businesses and up to $100 for residents to switch from gas to battery-electric models. The rebates come on the heels of the city’s enforcement of its gas-blower ban to cut noise and emissions. But gas-powered weed whackers and edgers are still good to go!
