Annapolis Police swiftly rescued a kidnapping victim in Eastport after two men were accosted at gunpoint and forced into a black sedan. One victim escaped, enabling officers to locate and safely recover the second within blocks, leading to the arrest of three suspects and recovery of firearms—both victims declined medical treatment and remain unharmed.
