STEAM: The Hidden Life of Spices

Join a chemist from the American Chemical Society for a hands-on program on the chemistry of spices. This program is appropriate for ages 7 and up (grades 2-12). Students aged 7-8 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration recommended.
