Sound Bath in the Greenhouse
Don’t miss this Sound Bath in the Greenhouse event! The lush greens of Homestead Gardens coupled with the serene sounds of singing bowls make for an unforgettable event. Imagine lying in a peaceful greenhouse, surrounded by plants, while the vibrations of tranquil sounds wash over you. The noise, worries, and stress of everyday life slowly fade away as you sink into a seemingly meditative state. Your ticket price includes an hour-long meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves as you lay on your back on a mat in the greenhouse. You will be facilitated through the experience. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket/towel (if desired), hydration, and appropriate clothing (greenhouses will be comfortably cooled/heated). Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to get settled. If you would like to shop, please arrive before stores close.
