Introduction To Beat Making Workshop for Teenagers

On April 13, Maryland Hall‘s Media Arts Hub is hosting an “Introduction to Beat Making” workshop, where students will work with music producer and artist Winship Wheatley and be introduced to the basics of beat making and sampling using Logic Pro + Midi keyboard system. Students will be equipped with the skills to create their own body of work. They will be guided on the fundamentals of sampling and gain awareness of advanced techniques such as quantizing and flexing to develop their own unique beat.
For ages 11-17. The cost of this workshop is $80 and registration is required HERE.
