Herbal Preparations

Learn about the basics of medicinal herbal preparations with Honey’s herbalist, Herb Harris. Topics we will cover include:

• How to make teas, tinctures, and salves (with demonstrations!)
• Water soluble, alcohol soluble, and oil soluble constituents.

Using the principles that we explore, we will do a deep dive on three specific herbs: Stinging Nettle, Calendula, and Milk Thistle.
