In this workshop, we will discuss:
~ How to make and maintain a gluten-free sourdough starter
~ Which gluten-free flours to use
~ How to use your gluten-free sourdough starter
~ Some helpful online resources
~ And more!
We will end with a hands-on portion where you will get to make your own gluten free sourdough starter to take home. We will also get to sample a delicious gluten free sourdough baked good at the end of the workshop!
Please bring a 1-quart, wide-mouth glass jar to put your starter in.
