Join us for free health screenings for adults aged 18 and up. Don’t miss out—services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Health screening includes: Blood pressure, cholesterol, A1C, and glucose.
In partnership with Luminis Health’s Community Health Improvement Department.
These free health screenings will take place at the Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library.
