Don’t miss this Early Childhood Open House! Hey parents! Music is valuable for early childhood development! Did you know we offer programs for toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary students? Join us for free mini-classes on Saturday, January 18, 2025!
- 11:00 am – 11:30 am: Kids n Keys (ages 5 – 7) is a perfect introduction to piano lessons for kids. These group classes make learning to play piano fun and exciting for younger students. Your child will learn valuable skills, like basic finger placement and playing techniques, as well as early musical theory.
- 11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Ukulele 101 (ages 6+) is a beginner-friendly class for first-time ukulele players! These beginner ukulele lessons make learning to play the ukulele easy and fun for students of all ages.
- 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Fun with Music (ages 6 – 7) is a one-of-a-kind program, offering students a strong foundation of early music skills. It’s a great way to learn core musical concepts, including how to read music. At the same time, kids get to experience different instruments before they decide which one they want to play.
- 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm: Rock City (ages 3 – 5) is perfect for young children who are starting their first music class. In Rock City, kids can develop important skills for school, including early math and language skills. Our preschool music classes can also prepare students for future music lessons.
- 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Rock n Roll (ages 1 – 3) is a weekly parent and child class which includes fun activities like sing-alongs, storytime, and instrument exploration. This class fosters important musical skills, as well as early development in areas like reading, math, and coordination.
- 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Kids n Keys (ages 5 – 7) is a perfect introduction to piano lessons for kids. These group classes make learning to play piano fun and exciting for younger students.
