Breathwork & Guided Meditation Session

Breathe. Release. Recenter.
You are cordially invited to press the pause button and embrace the present moment with a group breathwork and guided meditation session. This session is designed for all experience levels. Session includes breath focus meditation, also known as “mindful breathing” intended to help reduce stress and anxiety and slow the brain waves.
During the guided meditation- we incorporate a slight combination of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and shamanic meditation, all designed to help you achieve a state of profound rest and restoration.
Please bring a yoga mat and either blanket or meditation pillow and any items for comfort, such as pillow or eye mask.
The focus is on comfort and relaxation, so you are encouraged to get in a position that feels most comfortable for you whether it is sitting up or lying down.
Let go of stress and anxiety and reconnect with your inner self during this 40 minute session.
