Join us on Saturday, June 6 at 8:30 AM at Mid-Atlantic Community Church (2485 Davidsonville Rd, Gambrills, MD) for a family-friendly 5K that’s as much festival as it is race. Walkers and runners of ALL ages and abilities are welcome- running strollers, toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between.

The 4UBen 5K raises money for The Benjamin Mario Shadrick Foundation Co., a local all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit named after Benjamin Mario Shadrick, the founders’ beloved son. Every dollar goes toward supporting children battling cancer through alternative therapies like Gerson Therapy, and funding Casa Benjamin; a sustainable orphanage being built in Zacatlán, Mexico for medically fragile and special needs children.
