Easter Brunch in Annapolis

April 2, 2026 by Ricky Hartford

If your Easter plans involve mimosas, something sweet and maybe not cooking for a crowd, you are in luck. Annapolis restaurants are doing what they do best this weekend: serving up big brunch spreads.

Whether you are in it for the buffet, the unique brunch dishes, or the Bloody Mary bar, here is where to go.

*As of Wednesday evening, April 1, these restaurants still had plenty of reservations open.*

Julep Kitchen & Bar

Show up hungry if you’re heading to Julep. Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the full menu available until 9 p.m.

Go for the Hangover Cure Omelet. Stay for a mimosa tower. Or start with the mimosa tower. I’m not judging.

Miss Shirley’s Cafe

No reservations, no problem. Just be ready to wait a bit. Open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Miss Shirley’s remains one of the most popular brunch spots for a reason.

If you know, you know. If you do not, Easter is a good time to find out.

Cracker Barrel

One of the latest additions to the Annapolis restaurant scene is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There are no reservations, but you can check wait times online and join the list before you arrive. That is a smart move for larger groups. This also may be a good spot to find a last-minute Easter gift in case the Easter Bunny was running late.

Rams Head Tavern

Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and there is plenty happening around it.

There is an Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. for children under 10, plus a $15 bottomless Bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Reservations are encouraged, but walk ins are welcome.

Latitude 38 Waterfront

Yes, they are still open, even with the City Dock construction nearby. It is easy to forget, but this waterfront spot is worth the reminder.

From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Latitude 38 is offering an all day Easter buffet priced at $54.95 for adults and $19.95 for kids ages 6 to 12. Expect carving stations, seafood, brunch classics and a full dessert spread, all with views of Ego Alley.

Federal House Bar & Grille

If your group cannot agree on brunch or dinner, Federal House makes it easy.

They are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with brunch, lunch and dinner options, plus a dog friendly patio and space for larger groups.

Mother’s Peninsula Grille

For families with younger kids, this one comes with a built in photo opportunity.

The Easter Bunny will be on site starting at 10 a.m. for brunch and photos. Reservations are encouraged.

Wherever you land, the idea is simple. Let someone else do the cooking this year.

About Ricky Hartford

Ricky Hartford is fueled by cold brew, Celtics highlights, pop culture, and a perfectly placed Oxford comma. By day, he works in marketing and communications at Anne Arundel Community College, where he helps shape the college’s voice through content and storytelling. With over a decade of experience and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications, he’s helped nonprofits and local publications sound sharper, look better, and connect more clearly with their audiences. When he’s not working, he’s probably at the movies, on the basketball court, planning his next vacation, or convincing someone (anyone) to talk about the latest trashy reality show. Annapolis is his happy place, especially if it involves a drink downtown and hanging out by the water.

Being a positive rol

Being a positive role model can make a big difference for your kids. Forming healthy habits, including how much screen time, children tend to follow what they see at home.

We know it’s not always easy - phones are part of everyday life - but constant scrolling can send mixed messages about limits. Research continues to link excessive screen time with mental health challenges, especially in children and teens.

One simple step? Put your device down and join them. Even a few minutes of screen-free play can go a long way in showing what balance looks like.

If you’re looking for a pediatrician to support your child’s well-being, the team our community supporter SP Docs is here for you. Call them at 410-647-8300 to learn more.
