5-Ingredient Pesto Alfredo Ravioli Bake

Kristin from Hapa Homecooking brings us this quick 5 ingredient recipe that will become a weeknight staple in your house. 

5-Ingredient Pesto Alfredo Ravioli Bake
This delicious family meal is perfect for a large family or if you like leftovers.

Ingredients 

  • (2) 16 oz jars of alfredo sauce 
  • 1 cup basil pesto 
  • 1 cup vegetable stock 
  • (2) 20 oz packages fresh cheese ravioli 
  • (optional) parsley garnish 
  • (optional) 1 cup shredded chicken 

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. In a bowl, combine alfredo sauce, pesto, & vegetable stock 
  3. In an oven safe baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom, add a layer of ravioli, top with a thin layer of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese 
  4. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top 
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes 
  6. Uncover and broil until golden brown and bubbly 
  7. Add optional parsley and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving
