Kristin from Hapa Homecooking brings us this quick 5 ingredient recipe that will become a weeknight staple in your house.
Ingredients
- (2) 16 oz jars of alfredo sauce
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- (2) 20 oz packages fresh cheese ravioli
- (optional) parsley garnish
- (optional) 1 cup shredded chicken
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, combine alfredo sauce, pesto, & vegetable stock
- In an oven safe baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom, add a layer of ravioli, top with a thin layer of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese
- Repeat layers ending with cheese on top
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Uncover and broil until golden brown and bubbly
- Add optional parsley and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving
