Nerd Adventure Therapy 20, a community supporter, is a neuroaffirming mental health practice offering individual and group therapy in a supportive, inclusive environment. Their team is LGBTQIA+ affirming, gender-affirming, and committed to social justice for all clients, including BIPOC individuals.
What makes them unique? They incorporate nerd and geek interests into therapy! Using tools like Dungeons & Dragons role-playing games, clients can build social skills, process emotions, and practice mental health goals in a fun, engaging way.

• Individual therapy (including afternoon in-person appointments)
• Adult RPG therapy group (25+) – Tuesdays at 5pm
• Young Autistic Adult Group – forming now
• Pre-teen virtual social group – Sundays at 3pm
