- The phrase “full on” means to hold nothing back, and Full On Craft Eats & Drinks takes this very seriously with every dish they create. From sauces and dressings to sides and desserts, every menu item is made in-house. Full On is the perfect lunch spot for craft sandwiches, house-made chips, and hand-battered onion rings. Favorites include the Le Pilgrim (a hearty combination of fresh roasted turkey, cranberry-pecan relish, mashed potatoes, cornbread and apple stuffing, and herb mayo on French loaf, served with a savory gravy dunker), the Red, White & Blue (roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, arugula, roasted red peppers, and herbed blue cheese on sourdough), and the Portobello Caprese (roasted portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomato, balsamic, fresh mozzarella, and herb mayo on French loaf).
