Winter can be hard with high-energy young kids, especially when being outside isn’t always an option. We recently checked out Kidzville’s Indoor Playground in Catonsville and had a blast. We went on a weekday when my son (8 years old) happened to have a day off of school, so we had the whole place to ourselves. I would imagine on a weekend it may be much more crowded. The gym itself is bigger than you’d expect, and it was clear they expend a lot of energy keeping it clean. They had multiple connected play structures, ball pits, canons that shoot foam balls, tunnels and more. They had sections for all age ranges including a small pretend town with stores. It was certainly fun for the younger kids and they had a small section specifically for toddlers. There were also bumper cars that cost a few dollars extra per child. We spent two hours there and a lot of calories were burned. There are plenty of possible lunch options found in the same strip of businesses as well.
