We’re looking for a well-rounded Style Guide (Sales Associate) to help us deliver a thoughtful and personal experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
You’ll spend your time welcoming people in, helping them feel comfortable, and guiding them toward what works best for them – offering honest styling advice, sharing a strong understanding of our product, and conveying how it fits into their life.
You’ll get to know the details – fabric, fit, and function – and help customers navigate it all in a way that feels easy, natural, and true to them. Through that experience, you’ll build trust, develop relationships, and help drive the overall success of the shop.
Behind the scenes, you’ll be part of everything it takes to run a great shop – keeping things sharp, supporting your team, and helping us figure things out as we grow.
