Sales & Service Lead

MRE Mercantile Men’s Clothier is looking for a motivated Sales & Service Lead to play an integral part in laying the foundation of our family owned start-up retail business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Store Leader/ Founder to bring our brand to life on the sales floor—supporting day-to-day operations, leading by example, and helping create exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly while developing your leadership skills and growing within the business.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Store Leader in executing daily store operations and achieving sales goals
• Lead the sales floor during shifts—ensuring an exceptional, consistent customer experience
• Act as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store
• Coach and support team members in the moment to drive performance and service standards
• Help maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and operational tasks
• Ensure company processes and policies are followed consistently
• Step in to handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented store culture
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
