We’re a local exterior home services company looking to add one reliable person to our growing team. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing for residential homes.

Job Qualifications

No formal education required beyond a high school diploma or equivalent. We’re more focused on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than anything else.

Job Requirements

Technician Role:

  • Someone dependable who shows up on time and follows through
  • Respectful and polite when working inside and around customers’ homes
  • Comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work (being active, on your feet, occasionally using ladders)
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn—we can teach everything needed
  • Someone who works well with others and is easy to get along with
  • Takes pride in doing a job the right way, even the small details

Sales Role:

  • Willing to learn door-to-door sales
  • Is friendly and trustworthy
  • Has a basic understanding of sales
