<div>Blink Charging is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Service Associate to support daily office operations. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision, with a high attention to detail.</div>
Job Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
Reliable transportation – must have own vehicle or dependable means of commuting to office location
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail
Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic
Customer service experience
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Job Requirements
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
Greet and manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Track packages and maintain shipping logs
Process mail merges and bulk mailings when required
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Ensure office equipment is stocked and functioning properly (printers, copiers, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors for office supply deliveries
Perform data entry and document scanning as required
Assist with special projects and event coordination
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed (travel arrangements, calendar management, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
