• $65,000–$75,000 base salary depending on experience.

Job Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or sales is a must.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Outgoing, relationship-driven, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of senior care is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel.
Job Requirements
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations.
• Represent Lean On Dee at networking events, health fairs, and community programs.
• Present services to healthcare providers and community leaders.
• Identify referral opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Deliver marketing materials and maintain a positive presence with partners.
• Track referrals using a simple CRM or reporting method.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Assist with community events and educational programs.
