Impact100’s members worldwide have donated over $80M to their communities over the past two decades.
Their model is simple:
100% of each membership supports local nonprofits!
They are a collective force for good, uniting and empowering women to give together. Each year, there is a call for transformational grant proposals across five broad Focus Areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Family, and Health & Wellness. Member volunteers review grants and conduct site visits to select finalists in each category. At the Impact100 Annual Meeting, all five finalists pitch their projects to members, Shark Tank style. Each member casts their vote, on the spot, for who they feel should receive the collective grant. At the closing of the Annual Meeting, a grant winner is announced (Publisher’s Clearing House-sized check and all!).
Their 2024 grant recipient of $65,000 was awarded to Blue Ribbon Project to purchase a van to transport Backpacks of Love to foster children. To-date, Impact100 Greater Chesapeake has reinvested $499,000 into Anne Arundel County.
Be a part of transformational chance in our community today – membership enrollment closes on April 15!
