New this year: a classic carousel beside the 65-foot Ferris Wheel, Santa photos (with pet-friendly hours), Belgian Glühbier, Rosé Glühwein by the bottle, and a Festival of Trees benefiting the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Preview Weekend runs Nov. 22–23; the market operates Nov. 27–Dec. 24 with weekday free tent admission and hours generally noon–8/9 p.m. across West Shore Park and the promenade.
