Officials identified the vehicle as a red 2025 Jeep Compass rental with Georgia tags and said the public should not approach the man or vehicle, but call 911 if either is spotted.

5.Annapolis Secures $35 Million for City Dock Resiliency Project
Annapolis officials, joined by Sen. Chris Van Hollen and Rep. Sarah Elfreth, announced $35 million in federal support for the City Dock Resiliency Project, putting a key piece of the long-delayed funding package back in place. The nearly $100 million project is designed to reduce chronic tidal flooding and storm surge impacts in downtown Annapolis, with construction already underway and completion currently projected for March 2028.
