Michelle thought it was just age - the weight gain, the stubborn body fat, the feeling that her body wasn’t listening anymore.

She walked into Repke Fitness with one goal: Lose 40 pounds.

She lost 45, dropped from 37% to 24% body fat, and did her first pull-up ever.

But more importantly? Her goals "matured" over time under their education and guidance. It was no longer about achieving an ideal number on the scale, but about improving health and tackling physical feats she never thought I could...

"I'm stronger than I've ever been, excited about adopting a more active and adventurous lifestyle, confident that I'll be able to tackle future goals and challenges, and learning to build a healthier (guilt free) relationship with food. I also look slimmer and more toned than I imagined, [and] am able to do 8 pull-ups. The team at Repke is highly knowledgeable, as well as dedicated, encouraging, fun and friendly. They are always in your corner and believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself."

This is what happens when training is personalized - not trendy.

At Repke Fitnesse Fitness, our community supporter, their team is led by a Registered Nurse and trainers with physical therapy experience. They specialize in working with those navigating injuries, medical conditions, and real-life limitations.
