Women’s Self Defense
Don’t miss this Women’s Self Defense class at the “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center with Annapolis Recreation & Parks! ARPD instructor David Gemberling has years of experience and is ready to help women of our community! We will teach various proven methods to defend against an attacker. By learning “Attention to surroundings”, “Blocking techniques”, and “Valuable striking techniques”, you will walk away from our course with confidence and knowledge on how to stand up to an attacker.
