At Toddler Time—Halloween!, children ages 18 to 36 months (with a caring adult) can enjoy a variety of developmentally-appropriate stories, songs, rhymes, and movement activities while building early literacy skills with AACPL!

*Today’s Toddler Time will feature Halloween stories and songs! Costumes encouraged!

This event will take place at Discoveries, the library at Annapolis Mall, in the programming room.
