Strauss: An Alpine Symphony Matinee

The orchestra invites the audience to hear the call of the wild—the natural world—through music shaped by wind, light, the abundance of nature, and the passage of time. The concert is just over one hour in length and includes Richard Strauss’ Alpine Symphony and Tan Dun Passacaglia: Secret of Wind and Birds. Conducted by José-Luis Novo.
This show will take place at Maryland Hall.
