Revisit a colorful decade when social discord gave way to positive change with Sounds of the ’70s. Enjoy the music of Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Marvin Gaye, and Aretha Franklin performed by leading DMV musicians. Ravita Jazz and special guest Joe Brotherton will be performing!
Relax in your seat or join your friends dancing to tunes like “Chameleon”, “Respect”, and the perennial favorite, “Dancing in the Streets”. Refreshing drinks and delicious hors d’oeuvres will be sold at intermission.
Sounds of the ’70s will raise funds for the third annual Annapolis Jazz and Roots Festival to be held at multiple sites in Eastport from 11/1 to 11/10. Look forward to international and regional artists in family friendly performances.
The event is suitable for families. Admission is $25 in advance and $35 at the door. Children under 18 will be admitted free. Buy your tickets here!
