PopUp! Inflatable Art Festival
Something big is coming to the Pikesville Armory in September! A three-week long festival of unique and amazing inflatable public art and community events, free to attend!
A Kids Extravaganza Day as part of PopUp! will be held on Sunday, September 21, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Food trucks and children’s activities on site, while enjoying the awesome public art exhibition.
