Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime: Winter Holidays Around the World

Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime is a fun hour full of reading and activities in the William Paca Garden, a secret treasure in the Historic District of Annapolis. Each program is designed for little ones, 3-7 years, with a book reading, song, and craft/art project, plus time to explore the Paca Garden following the story hour.

This Week’s Book: Winter Holidays Around the World

It’s wintertime and we’re celebrating holidays around the world! Let’s learn about friends who might have different holiday traditions than us. We will explore how winter celebrations like Diwali, St. Lucia Day, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Las Posadas take place around the world. Perhaps you will be inspired to create new, memorable traditions as a family. Join us for this multicultural celebration! 

Advance registration required, space is limited.

Cost: $10 per Child and $5 per Adult for General Admission; $8 per Child and Free for Adults for HA Members and Military

Please Note: An adult must accompany their child(ren) for the entirety of the program; garden time is not supervised by staff. Activities are held outdoors on the tented terrace at the William Paca House & Garden when possible. In the event of inclement weather, the activities will be held inside in our conference room. Masks are optional; hand sanitizer is always available, and if you are feeling sick, please stay home. This program does not include snacks due to food allergies; food is not permitted in the garden.
