Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime: Thanks for Thanksgiving

Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime is a fun hour full of reading and activities in the William Paca Garden, a secret treasure in the Historic District of Annapolis. Each program is designed for little ones, 3-7 years, with a book reading, song, and craft/art project, plus time to explore the Paca Garden following the story hour.

This Week’s Book: Thanks for Thanksgiving by Julie Markes 

What are you thankful for? We all know that Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks, but where do we begin? Is it the turkey on the table or cozy cuddles? Life is full of small things and bigger pleasures, but what’s most important is being able to share them with family. We’ll read Thanks for Thanksgiving and celebrate the little details that make each day enjoyable. Come explore the beauty of our historic 18th century English garden as we celebrate Thanksgiving. 

Advance registration required, space is limited.

Cost: $10 per Child and $5 per Adult for General Admission; $8 per Child and Free for Adults for HA Members and Military

Additional Dates: Saturday, December 16

Please Note: An adult must accompany their child(ren) for the entirety of the program; garden time is not supervised by staff. Activities are held outdoors on the tented terrace at the William Paca House & Garden when possible. In the event of inclement weather, the activities will be held inside in our conference room. Masks are optional; hand sanitizer is always available, and if you are feeling sick, please stay home. This program does not include snacks due to food allergies; food is not permitted in the garden.
