The Pout-Pout fish is a very unhappy fish, because he believes that his only role is to frown and spread sadness to those around him. As he glides through the ocean, many sea creatures attempt to encourage him to smile and embrace happiness. Despite their efforts, the Pout-Pout fish insists that he is stuck in his ways and nothing will ever change.
