Don’t miss Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime! This week they’ll be reading “My Family Plays Music” by Judy Cox and Elbrite Brown.
It’s Music Appreciation Month! “My Family Plays Music” is a beautiful story about a young girl who comes from a diverse musical family. From a great-grandmother who plays an organ at church to an aunt who plays vibes with a jazz combo. She tries out lots of instruments so she can play with her whole family! Do you enjoy music? Do you play an instrument? Do you know anyone who does? Join us on our beautiful terrace as we share a story about a family of music-loving musicians! We’ll also be making our very own African Kalimba instrument!
